Payment method
We accept credit cards, PayPal, convenience store payments, and bank transfers.
About credit cards
The following credit cards can be used.
About receipts
When ordering, please indicate the addressee's name/proviso in the remarks column. We will send the receipt together with the product. Please note that receipts cannot be reissued.
About delivery note
Delivery note is not included by default. If you need it, please specify in the remarks column upon ordering, "Delivery note request."
Delivery note will not be sent if the person who places the order (the payer) differ from the recipient.
About shipping cost
About delivery
Domestic delivery is handled by Yamato Transport.
You could specify the delivery time upon purchasing.
While purchasing, please select the desired time frame under "Specify delivery time."
For payment by credit card, products will be shipped around 3 to 7 days (excluding holidays) after order confirmation.
For bank transfer payment, products will be shipped around 3 to 7 days after confirmation of payment.
Products will be delivered around 1-2 days after shipping.
Please note that delivery may be delayed when there is an increase in orders and depending on the destination.
About gift wrapping
We provide wrapping services. Please specify "Wrapping request" in the remarks column upon ordering. If the person who places the order (the payer) and the recipient are different, delivery note that specifies the item price will not be enclosed.
About returns and cancellations
Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or changes of order contents after order completion.
We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. However, if you find any defects, we will promptly replace them. Please contact us within 8 days after receiving the products using the inquiry form.
